The Credit Bureaus have their own regulations:

• You must be a business or act like one.
• National or regional companies.
• Large rental companies.
• Small apartment rental companies.
• Property management companies.
• If you have been in business more than one year.
• Your business is new or less than one year.
• On line access security requirements.

What if I can't or won’t comply with the above regulations? Can I still join?

FOR SITE INSPECTION CLIENTS: There is a one-time set-up fee of $199.00.  Included in this fee is an on site inspection fee required by all three credit bureaus to verify either your business or home office.  On top of the set up fees are the report fees listed below.  If you do not process any reports during a month there is no charge. No monthly minimums no monthly or yearly membership fees.

FOR CLIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A SITE INSPECTION: There is a one-time set-up fee of $75.00 and an account support fee of $2.95 per month, in addition to the cost of the reports that you order below

We will automatically bill your credit card the first day of each month, (unless approved for monthly invoicing), for the reports that you processed the previous month.
